What Our Warranty Covers
Isabella Garage Door stands behind the quality of our work. We provide a one (1) year warranty on workmanship and a one (1) year warranty on parts we supply and install.
If a manufacturer provides a warranty longer than ours, you receive the full benefit of that manufacturer warranty.
Workmanship Warranty — 1 Year
The Isabella Garage Door warrants all workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of service completion. This includes defects in labor, installation, and adjustments directly attributable to Isabella Garage Door’s work.
Parts Warranty — 1 Year
All parts and components supplied and installed by Isabella Garage Door are warranted for one (1) year from the date of installation.
If an installed component includes a manufacturer warranty exceeding one year, the Customer is entitled to the full benefit of that manufacturer warranty. Isabella Garage Door does not shorten, limit, or modify manufacturer warranties and will reasonably assist with documentation if needed for a claim.
This warranty applies only to the original service location and is non-transferable.
What Is Not Covered
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper operation
- Accidental or intentional damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Weather, environmental conditions, or corrosion
- Power surges, electrical issues, or acts of nature
- Pre-existing conditions not addressed in the original estimate
- Customer-supplied parts or materials
- Repairs or modifications by anyone other than Isabella Garage Door
- Structural, framing, track, door, or opener conditions outside the original scope
Any unauthorized modification or adjustment that affects Isabella Garage Door’s work may void this warranty.
Warranty Claim Requirements
All warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period. The Customer may be required to provide proof of service and allow reasonable opportunity for inspection before corrective action is taken.
Remedies under this warranty are limited to correction of defective workmanship or replacement/repair of covered parts, at Isabella Garage Door sole discretion.
This warranty does not include compensation for inconvenience, loss of use, property damage, or consequential damages.
Warranty Service Diagnostics
If a requested warranty visit reveals the issue is unrelated to the original repair, installation, or covered item, a standard service call fee will apply.
- Normal wear and tear
- Lack of maintenance
- Misuse or accidental damage
- Manufacturer defects outside the one-year parts warranty
- Third-party adjustments or work
- Unrelated component failures
Service fees are charged according to the current standard rate sheet.
Important Clarification
This is a service warranty provided by Isabella Garage Door. It is not an insurance policy or maintenance agreement. Ongoing maintenance is the responsibility of the Customer unless covered under a separate membership or service agreement.
